Kickboxing is referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight “points of contact”, as opposed to “two points” (fists) in boxing and “four points” (hands and feet) used in other martial sports.

We teach Kickboxing fundamentals for our striking range delivery system. Various techniques from western boxing and kickboxing are drilled to teach you how to effectively use your hands, elbows, legs and knees from within and outside the clinch range for a complete and well rounded self-defense and combative sport approach.
