I drive from Concord MA to Townsend (35 min. to an hour) 2 to 3 times a week to attend the training sessions that Coach Mike Pearce puts together at DMA. I have joined many gyms, worked with many trainers and Mike, by far, runs THE best sessions. He is knowledgeable about the human body and fitness, is an outstanding motivator, plays awesome music, is fun AND I love the fact that he treats everyone in the gym equally!
